Lucerne Terrace - Tower Hamlets Road

Having discovered this postcard in a shop, just postmarked Dover, I decided to investigate....

Lucerne Terrace is a late Victorian house, situated between the Eagle Public House and the Railway.  The postcard was written by Frank to his friend Gerty in 1909, the image being of his mother.  Around this time the house was owned by a Riley or Reilly family.
